The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby, as well as two malls. The apartments were spacious and had nice balconies. The night reception and staff were friendly and welcoming. There was good privacy and ample parking space outside. The hotel was well known to taxis, but I recommend renting a car even within Muscat.

The location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and markets, yet offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious rooms, although from the 1990s, were clean and well-maintained, providing us with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, as each room had its own router. , the option to order snacks by phone and the availability of a nearby supermarket made our stay even more convenient. a pleasant and satisfying experience for our entire family!

My wife says that the bed was a bit too soft for her liking, causing some difficulty falling asleep on the first night. However, this was a minor detail and did not significantly affect our stay as a family.

The staff were friendly and even allowed me a late check-out if the room wasn't booked. Peaceful and enjoyable stay overall.
